INTERNATIONAL YOUTH MEETING

April 9, 2020 marks the 75th anniversary of the violent death of Protestant theologian and resistance fighter Dietrich Bonhoeffer. On this special anniversary, the Protestant Memorial Service in the church district of Weiden, in cooperation with the Protestant Youth Service of Bavaria, invites interested youth for an International Youth Meeting in Flossenbürg.

In times of increasing international and intercultural lack of communication, it is also particularly important to us to invite international youth groups.

The Youth Meeting will take place during Holy Week 2020 and ends on Holy Thursday.
Participation of all involved is the most important principle of the Youth Meeting.

"Freedom dares to act" - under this premise of Dietrich Bonhoeffer's ethics, the Youth Meeting explores concrete opportunities for action for young people in today's society.

The Youth Meeting ends with a memorial service on Holy Thursday, April 9, 2020.
